Course Description

Manage a CQC-regulated adult social care service safely, lawfully, and confidently, turning regulation into governance, evidence, and day-to-day leadership judgement.

Aligned with CQC / registered manager governance and leadership and legislation including Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, this course helps learners build confidence, strengthen judgement, and apply safer day-to-day practice.
