A specialist course that equips residential childcare workers, keyworkers, and seniors to plan and deliver purposeful keyworking and direct work, turning everyday interactions into meaningful, evidenced progress for the children they support.
Aligned with Aligned with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 quality standards, the DfE guide to those standards, the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010, and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023. and legislation including Children Act 1989 and The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, this course helps learners build confidence, strengthen judgement, and apply safer day-to-day practice.
